BR Sonoma, a new geometric grotesque font family built for the 21st century.
Designed by Christoph York for foundry Brink Type, the BR Sonoma font family draws inspiration from Swiss grotesques such as Helvetica and Univers. Christoph York masterfully managed to combine their distinctive features with a stronger geometric base as we know it from typefaces such as Avant Garde, Futura, or Avenir. This way, he created a highly functional typeface that combines geometric and neo-grotesque styles. BR Sonora is a true workhorse sans-serif rooted in modernity, simplicity, and functionality. It is equipped with 16 styles consisting of eight weights plus matching italics. Furthermore, the family comes with plenty of OpenType features including case sensitive forms, icons, stylistic alternates, slashed zeros, and multiple figure sets. As a fully functional font family, BR Sonoma supports multiple languages. Just click on the following link to learn more.
