Blacker Sans Pro, a complete redesign of the original font family designed by Francesco Canovaro as a sans-serif variant of the popular Blacker typeface created by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini and Andrea Tartarelli.
The Blacker Sans Pro font family has been published just recently in 2020 by the Zetafonts type foundry. It’s a complete remake of the original family designed by Francesco Canovaro in 2019 as a sans-serif companion to the popular Blacker typeface created by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini and Andrea Tartarelli. Original signature details like the hook shape of the lowercase letter “f” have been complemented by new alternate styles as well as ligatures and swashes with stylistic sets providing options to create eye-catching logotypes or headings. Blacker Sans Pro’s extensive range of OpenType features has been applied to all the 60 weights of the family. The huge character set supports more than 220 languages using Latin, Cyrillic, and Greek alphabets. Learn more below or click on one of the following links to download this extensive family.

The Blacker Sans Pro font family differs in contrast from the original Blacker typeface by choosing a more even and monolinear, almost grotesque style. Furthermore, two subfamilies have been added in order to apply to the same skeleton varying degrees of contrast, from the readability-optimized medium contrast of Blacker Sans Text to the extreme variations of Blacker Sans Display, with its elegant juxtapositions of thin curves and thick black slabs.
