Type designer Ryan Martinson of Yellow Design Studio developed the Thirsty Script font family in 2012. This beautiful script typeface is inspired by vintage signage and good old letterings. Designer Ryan Martinson wanted to create a font family that combines contemporary font trends with the style of typical vintage lettering. The result is a friendly vintage font family that includes significant retro script influences and some modern sans serif characteristics.
Thirsty Script consists of 6 weights from Light to Black plus matching shadow layers for each weight. The several OpenType features include old-style figures, a fine selection of different ligatures as well as contextual and stylistic alternates. Thirsty Script also supports multiple languages.
