Type designer Ivan Petrov has created the Glober font family in 2014 (Type Foundry: Fontfabric). This sans serif family consists of 18 weights (9 uprights with matching italics). Glober offers excellent legibility in both screen and print media. Its well-finished geometric typeface has an optimized kerning. It works great as web font and desktop font. The Glober family takes its inspiration from classic grotesque fonts but with the addition of softened geometric shapes. Glober is a great choice for headlines as well as text blocks. The extensive character set supports multiple languages including Central and Western European letters, Baltic, Turkish, Romanian, and Cyrillic letters. Several OpenType features ensure an excellent typographic performance.
