The ‘Friendly‘ font was designed in 2012 by Neil Summerour (Foundry: Positype) as a homage to Morris Fuller Benton’s Announcement typeface. This playful font consists of two styles: Friendly Roman and Friendly slanted. The designer has equipped the Friendly typeface with many features such as swashes, titling, stylistic alternates, contextual alternates, old style numerals, ligatures, 9 stylistic sets, 2 stylistic sets with wordmarks and much more.
